Life can sometimes leave us feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or uncertain about how to move forward. Therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and make sense of your experiences, helping you understand both the challenges you are facing now and the experiences that may continue to shape your life today.

I work with adults experiencing a wide range of emotional and relational difficulties. I welcome both neurotypical and neurodivergent clients and recognise that different ways of thinking, processing and experiencing the world can shape how we relate to ourselves, others and our environment. I also have a particular interest in supporting women through the emotional, relational and identity changes that can accompany becoming a parent, including the transition into motherhood and returning to work after parental leave.

My approach is relational, trauma-informed and integrative. I aim to offer a thoughtful and collaborative space where experiences can be explored with curiosity, compassion and care, and where lasting patterns can be understood within the context of your wider life story.

While talking therapy remains at the heart of my work, I may also draw on mindfulness, breath-work and body-based awareness practices where appropriate to support reflection, grounding and connection with your experience in the present moment.

Some of the reasons people seek therapy include:

  • Anxiety, stress and overwhelm

  • Low mood or depression

  • Burnout and exhaustion

  • Exploring ADHD, autism, masking and late diagnosis

  • Bereavement, loss and significant life changes

  • Relationship difficulties

  • Trauma and its lasting impact

  • Perfectionism, people-pleasing and difficulties with boundaries

  • Feeling stuck in familiar patterns

  • Questions around self-worth or confidence

  • Wanting to better understand yourself and your experiences
