Life can leave us feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. Therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and make sense of what's happening - both in the present, and in the experiences that continue to shape it.
I work exclusively with women - I believe there's real value in a space shaped specifically around women's experiences, and the pressures, transitions and expectations that often go unspoken elsewhere. I welcome both neurotypical and neurodivergent clients, recognising that the way we think, process and experience the world shapes how we relate to ourselves and others. I have a particular interest in the emotional and identity changes that come with becoming a parent, though this is one part of a much wider practice.
My approach is relational, trauma-informed and integrative. Talking therapy is at the heart of the work, and I may also draw on mindfulness, breathwork or body-based practices where they support reflection and grounding. Above all, I aim to offer a collaborative space where your experiences can be explored with curiosity, compassion and care.
If this resonates, I'd love to hear from you.
